After consultations with landlords who primarily deal with young professionals and student tenants, Endsleigh has drawn together their established expertise alongside the needs of landlords to create an exclusive insurance policy.Their comprehensive and competitively priced policy has been specifically designed for the specialist landlords’ needs as well as offering a monthly premium option.
Included in the management fee is the following

- Sign up Tenancy Agreements and collect identification for each tenant
- Collect all of yearly rent cheques or standing orders
- Collect signed guarantor forms and Identification from each guarantor

Our initial focus was the Student Lettings market as every member of the carefully chosen team enjoys working with the students in Nottingham. However, our landlords were always asking us if we knew a good Residential Letting Agent in Nottingham and we decided that we could be that agent transferring our knowledge and skills in the student rental property market to the residential lettings market. We have an extensive but carefully chosen portfolio of Student houses to rent / let in the most popular areas of Nottingham. Our Student accommodation is currently situated across Lenton, Dunkirk, Beeston and Wollaton for Nottingham University, Jubilee Campus and Trent University.
