Cunningham Lettings is a letting agent dedicated to providing a better standard of student accommodation in Nottingham accredited by UNIPOL Student charity. We work closely with our students and with our landlords to ensure that the needs of our tenants are met as efficiently as possible. Cunningham Student Lettings now have fantastic house to let close to Loughborough and Derby Universities.
Many of our students contact us on Facebook too, another quick and easy way of speaking to someone at Cunningham Student Lettings, we arent just there from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm, unlike most student letting agents we really are there for you when you need us. You will never be just a number we know the name of all of our students and they know us too. We use a new way of working, providing you with direct contact numbers to each member of the team, we are available by texting, emailing and call backs and you can contact a member of our team until 10.00 pm and at the weekends too.
