Our properties range from 2 to 11 bedrooms and all meet strict safety standards, including valid Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, and other required compliance documentation. As all of our student houses in Nottingham are fully managed by us, you can be confident that support is available whenever you need it.

We also provide personal contents insurance for most properties, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions, and have a dedicated team of trusted tradespeople available for emergency repairs.

The Signing Process Made Simple

We keep things straightforward, with WhatsApp as our main communication channel, making it easy for you to ask questions throughout the process.

Our deposits are a flat £125 per person and are protected in a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.

Most of our student tenancies are designed to align with the academic year, typically running from August through to July, although tenancy agreements are subject to current legislation and individual contract terms.

Some properties offer a reduced rent option during August, with full rent commencing from September. Full details of rent payments, occupation rights, and tenancy terms will be clearly explained before you sign your tenancy agreement.
