The Signing Process Made Simple
We keep things straightforward with WhatsApp as our main communication channel, making it easy for you to ask questions. Our deposits are a flat £125 per person and securely stored in the Deposit Protection Scheme. Tenancies run from 2nd August to 31st July, with the option for a reduced rent in August and full rent starting from September. This helps students save money if they don’t need to stay over the summer.
